Better Sleep Tip #5 is Finish writing something you’ve been putting off.
Here’s an example how this might help you sleep a little better.
Sometimes I have a tough time coming up with ideas for my better sleeping tips or insomnia tips. I get blank minded (on this topic at least) for a couple of days. Sometimes the note pad just lays there on the floor for a couple of days waiting and wanting to be written on.
Well, while I was watching TV one day, bored out of my mind (keep in mind I don’t really watch that much TV, I’d rather read or do something productive) I looked down at my note pad with the pen resting right on top. I thought to myself, “I need to get these better sleep tips finished and put online for my readers.”

Here’s a nice sleep tip that’ll not only help you sleep better, but it will also aid in the development of positive thinking. The benefits of proper sleep and positive thinking can be enormous and really start to change your life.
Here is what you should do; just before you head to bed, or when you have a few minutes to spare, start writing a list of household tasks or responsibilities that you need to accomplish in the coming days.
Better yet, start your list now, go grab a pen and piece of paper and start writing.
Keep this list in your pocket and write down tasks as they come to you. Then just before heading to bed, skim over your list and pick out the most important tasks the need to be completed for the next day. As you lay in bed, see yourself going about the next day completing these few tasks.

The past few weeks I’ve been having some trouble sleeping so I decided to write a couple of natural sleep tips for better sleep. While doing my own stuff (chores, cleaning, etc) around the house I came up with a few sleeping tips that have really improved my sleeping. New tips will be added often
I came up with these better sleep tips the other week. Parts of my sleeping troubles were and are caused by the traffic on the main street behind me. Other nights, it seemed like a million thoughts were running through my head. This is partially because I’m in the midst of a big decision. You see, I decided to move out of state, I’ve made all the plans to do so. On the other hand, I’ve been offered a nice paying job here where I live now. Interesting enough, the job offer came after I decided to move.

Adjustable Sleep Number Bed Review
Who doesn’t want a nice bed to relax and sleep on after a long days work? I don’t know anyone off hand who wouldn’t.
Well back in 2000’ my work involved a lot of walking, standing for long periods of time, along with the extra weight of a work belt and equipment. This caused me some lower back pain and obviously tired legs and feet. I needed a new bed badly so I decided to check out the Select Comfort Store I basically walked past every day.
I purchased an adjustable sleep number bed for about $900 and honestly I have to say it was one the best purchases I’ve made. The adjustable sleep number is awesome. Some days I wanted a firm lie and other days I needed the softness like I was floating in the clouds (I used a adjustable number of 20 for those days). This was the key for me.
